I used to have a Viking. I LOVE this cook top. I LOVE this new cooktop. I had an issue with the first one they sent…knob stems were crooked…but they sent a new one right out pronto. GREAT customer service from Delaney in the office. She said they would inspect the new one before it went out and, sure enough, there was a note in the box.
