Warped Item Amazon service was really quick but I had the impression that this was a returned item because of the extra tape on the box.The cartridge looked really good until it was set in its proper opening on the stove top then it you could see a noticeable gap on the right side due to being manufactured with a warp which prevented this item from laying down flat. These have extended the life of my stove for a small amount of money I really hated the thought of replacing my range because of the cost, but the stove rings were no longer working properly. We intend to remodel our kitchen in three or four years and do away with the awful Jenn-Aire downdraft range we inherited when we purchased the house, but until then, we’d have to get exactly the same kind of range if we simply replaced it because of how the exhaust has been set up. Sure beat buying a new stove I was very happy to find these. My old Jennair looks almost new. The stainless color has just a slight yellowish color to it, whereas my original stove stainless did not. It’s ever so slight a color difference. I’m selling my house and didn’t want to replace my stove. There isn’t anything like my old downdraft Jennair on the market today with the griddle, grill and 3 oven racks, and so these were the perfect solution. They arrived promptly and were well packaged.
