Pro Quality This grill is a high quality profesional piece of equipment. I have spent a large earlier portion of my life in profesional kitchens and I know kitchen equipment. This is a tool any pro chef and especially home chefs will appreciate and love. It is well made and functions perfectly. No hot spots that I can find so far. The cadillac of grills for those not wanting to drop $1000’s on “commerical grade” grills As an amateur neighborhood griller, I was wanting something to replace the Walmart grade grill I purchased. The old grill rusted out after 2 years in the baking sun of Texas. I told myself I would get something quality because (1) I didn’t want to keep on purchasing a grill every 2 years and (2) I don’t need a number 2 – I just wanted to new grill.
