Great service from Weber after hidden damage I received my new S-335 grill with no apparent external damage to the box but found that several parts were bent or dented when I opened the internal boxes. I called Weber and their customer service was outstanding! I had the new parts in a couple of days and then completed the assembly. We used the grill for the first time yesterday. It works great. You can’t go wrong with a weber Up until now I have been using a cheap gas grill. So far this grill has performed flawlessly. It does a great job of keeping an even temperature all over the grill.
