I got this item and got my tools out, … I got this item and got my tools out, and I scheduled myself an hour to tackle this project. Could not tell you how long it took to install this item. If I would have looked at my watch it would have doubled the installation time. I removed the old burn and replaced it within 5 minutes. Great Replacement, Grill Working Like New Perfect replacement for my Weber BabyQ. We live in South Texas where there is near-permanent humidity and heat, making things rust much faster than in a more temperate climate. I noticed about a year ago that the burner tube was not lighting evenly, and recently it had gotten to where parts of the burner wouldn’t light anymore.
