I have to get used to it. Tried it … I have to get used to it. Tried it for first time on Thanksgiving and was working on a million other things at same time. The turkey breast that did stay attached to the rotisserie (my fault for the other one falling into the grill) turned out perfectly.
It was easy to install and very easy to operate Used it twice so far. Once for a whole chicken and once for two 3 lbs turkey breasts. It was easy to install and very easy to operate. High quality steel. Highly recommend it.
