Solved the “fit” problem for the Q320! I purchased my Weber Q320 in 2009 from Amazon and it’s still in great shape, except for the grates. In May, I purchased these porcelain enameled grates and really like them – except for the fact that they fell into my BBQ!!! Seeing this was a common problem with the reviewers – I called Weber customer support. It took three calls and finally a call back from a manager to get this resolved. They fit my Q 320 but they are rusting They fit my Q 320 just fine. However this is my third set of grates. The first set rusted & were replaced under warranty. The second set rusted and I had hopes after reading some reviews here that something had changed with the finish and maybe these would not rust. Wrong! After two weeks you can see the rust spots and a general rust haze on the new grates. I am even taking them OUT of the grill after use and storing them in their box inside my garage. Excellent replacement for original grate on Weber Q300 I’ve had my Weber Q300 for 10 years (or so) and it was time to finally replace the grates. I was skeptical based on the reviews, but this item was perfect. The grate arrived in authentic Weber packaging and was shipped securely in an Amazon box. Upon taking this out of the packaging, it fit my grill perfectly. This does come in two pieces, like the original model, which was to be expected.
