It Worked Great I received this as a gift for use with my Weber EP-330 natural gas grill. The first thing I tried was to prepare a smoked pulled pork dish. This requires using very low heat (under 250 degrees) for at least 8 hours. To get the wood chips to start smoking I turned the grill on high.
