So far, so good – and quiet, too. I have only used the rotisserie unit twice – spinning chickens both times and the results were fabulous. (To those who have never done a rotisserie chicken at home and don’t know why it could possibly be worth the bother (when grocery stores, Costco, etc. all have them) my only advice is that you really just need to try one done right. Meat magic! Bought this rotisserie for my hubby for Father’s Day – but it was a gift for the entire family! Chickens turn out moist and delicious, pork roasts are fantastic. Our teenagers have actually been known to change their plans based on what nights we are cooking with the rotisserie! Is there any better praise than that?
