Short for my grill but easily modified This item clearly states in the description, and on the product packaging, that it fits on the Genesis Silver. It doesn’t. As other reviewers have noted, it’s too short.
***does not fit GENESIS Silver B made prior to 2005 You will need to buy the #99248 direct from Weber unless it shows up on Amazon. The 7514 is about 1″ too short. Also if you want the small flat upper rack order the #7513 or #80633 otherwise you will have the same problem……
I am an idiot I am an idiot for not reading the reviews before buying this product. But, it’s really BS that it does not fit the Genesis Silver. Change the frickin’ description! I realize that I could manually bend the ends to force it to fit and perhaps I will eventually (as the cost to return it is almost the same as the refund I would get. But, that is not why you choose to purchase a product. With all of these reviews saying the same thing, it is really unfortunate that the description is not…
