New product so generic it’s sloppy big I have the Q3000 series and the cover that fits so well is no longer available. The new size is so generic that the fit is sloppy and overly huge. The only way it can be used so that the cover looks somewhat decent is to keep the side trays up. My nice neat compact grill is now a messy heap shoved into a corner. I will actively be looking for another cover and I have no concern that it will not bare the name of Weber.
Great cover but different from original Purchased to replace original cover that salt air finally killed. Note that this cover allows( requires) that the side pieces stay in up position or cover is too big. ( original required they were put down- a bit of a pain if grill used often but great in off season as it kept everything tight-no critters) this makes it a bigger footprint. When I store this winter- I will need to fold them down and wrap cover with string to keep it tight.
We have a Weber Q3200 grill and the original cover … We have a Weber Q3200 grill and the original cover fit perfectly. I see this cover as a compromise by weber to eliminate a number of products that fit specific grill to to a few covers that should fit several grills.This is for the Q 200/3000 series. This cover is large and the velcro straps do not make a secure fit to the 3200 grill and stand. We will need to figure something so on windy days and stormy nights the cover isn’t lifted of the grill.
