Hey it’s your money…I wouldn’t bother. Don’t bother with this cheap plastic prop. I recently rebuilt my 7 year old weber genesis, got all the replacement parts on Amazon, it now works like a charm, with the exception of the electronic igniter push button. The threads and locking mechanism are beyond cheap, and never sat flush or properly locked, the battery compartment is not even water resistant, and the unit has that overall “flimsy” feel to it. Probably won’t fit your grill, so don’t bother. After receiving this item, I needed to wait for the weather to clear before installing it. I then found it doesn’t fit my Weber grill; it actually only fits a very narrow range of grills. I am now unable to return it because I’m 2 days past the deadline. I’m left with a useless and expensive piece of junk.
