Good but very rough finish IMPORTANT UPDATE 6/15/2014
… gril with the griddle accessory and it was the WORST. There was no temperature control I had a coleman roadtrip gril with the griddle accessory and it was the WORST. There was no temperature control; that grill was either off or ‘face-of-the-sun hot! The griddle was useless for cooking because anything you put on the immediately burn into place….eggs were a disaster; pancakes dissappeared in a cloud of char; bacon vaporized in greasy flames!
Loving it! Although this item works great, it is not a non-stick surface. But, to work around this, all I did was ‘season’ the griddle with lard. Get the griddle hot and put a small amount of lard directly on it. After a few times of doing this, I really don’t have an issue with anything sticking to it.
