It’s an elaborate “beer can” roaster Excellent quality, which is the standard when it comes from Weber. However the description could be better; think of it as a more elaborate version of a “beer can” roaster, in which the bird is held vertically as opposed to horizontal. The can of beer (or your preference of liquid) fits snugly in the crux of the two center wire forms, over which your bird cavity is placed.
