Keeps popping open I almost lost the fish because the clip that holds the basket closed keeps popping open. I only put in 4 pcs of small, 3/4 inch fish steaks in there. It isn’t easy to clean after use, but I can live with that if only the basket performed as promised during grilling. Good concept, but poorly executed.Edit: I’ve added one star for Weber’s outstanding customer service. They sent out a new replacement for my defective fish basket. Nice Large Fish Basket I just got a new grill so now I want anything that going to let me get out and use it more so the Hubby wants some fish and all I could think about was how was I going to do that without it breaking up and landing in the coals so of course I had to search here on Amazon and after looking at a few baskets this is the one I ordered and am glad I did this is well made easy to open the wire on this is flexible and it elevates the food from the grate the fit in my grill was perfect but the best…
Doesn’t hinge for veggies or thick fish This had great potential but it has no spacers so when you close it , it can only handle a piece of fish that’s about an 1/8″ thick. You can not use this for a nice fish filet or any sort of vegetables
