Take your time !!! This is my second Weber grill. 16 years on the first!After a problem free delivery, I began the assembly process. As with most assembly experiences, DO NOT RUSH !!!. From unpacking to completion took about 3 hours.The most difficult task was peeling off the protective film from the stainless steel surfaces.Although Weber included a couple of assembly tools, I discarded them and used my own socket set and screwdrivers.
A very good purchase I have used the grill four times to date and am quite impressed. I am by no means a pro at grilling, but by following recipes from a separately purchased Weber cookbook I have had no fails. The ease of igniting the burners and the grease collection system are big winners. I find the heat is even but adjustable for indirect cooking. The grill is sturdy and attractive. I am glad I purchased this grill and would recommend.
Happy with the grill. Delivery, not so much. Overall we are very happy with the grill. We opted for the no cost assembly. Two people arrived to assemble the grill. They were very nice and professional. Arrived on time. It took them 45 minutes to put the grill together. Did a great job. As they were unpacking the box they showed me four spots where the frame was dented. I reported this to Amazon. The customer service rep, Josephine, was very pleasant and helpful. She made the seller aware. I did not return because I didn’t want to…
