Restyled for 2014, the Weber Q 240 is now the Weber Q 2400. The grill has the same great performance and sleek styling, but adds new aesthetics that are both functional and fun, including larger grip handle and control knobs, ergonomic side handles, sturdy front and rear cradles plus the familiar Weber Q logo branded in the lid. The Weber Q 2400 Electric grill raises the bar on flavor expectations and performance of an electric grill. Sear burgers, steaks and chops; grill chicken, fish, vegetables and fruit on the porcelain-enameled cast-iron grates. You’ll be amazed at the authentic grilled taste of foods cooked on this electric grill. The Weber Q 2400 grill is fully featured, yet space-saving and portable – just the ticket for grillers living in condos or any residence where restrictions govern gas and charcoal grill usage. May be used with the 2014 Weber Q Portable Cart model #6557 and Q Cart model #6525. Weber Q 2400 is for outdoor use only.

This grill works great. We had to change from propane to electric … This grill works great. We had to change from propane to electric because of condo regulations and this turned out to be a great option. It gets hot enough to sear meat without the flareups that can happen with drippings on the propane grill.

Seems OK so far I had two of the gas ones and the regulators kept failing, last time I didn’t even get one summer from a brand new regulator. So I got the electric one. So far so good, it seems to get hot enough. Its winter now so it will be next summer before it gets heavy use. I am hopeful

Well worth the money. This is the first electric grill that I have used and so far works very well. It definitely is not a gas grill but cooks steak and shrimp very nicely. When I seasoned the grill it held in the heat very nicely (will have to wait for the NY winter to see how it does then). My one complaint was that it doesn’t have a built in thermometer; however, to solve that issue I purchased an oven one that works fine.
