Do you even grill bro? Just got it today … Do you even grill bro? Just got it today, assembled it, and had a 5lb leg of lamb by dinner. Maintained a rock solid temp for the 2.5 hours I needed but could have cooked at 300 all night long. If you want to spend some quality time grilling with a cocktail and yelling at your kids get a weber charcoal. Top quality product.
