Good customer service ****** EDIT ******My lighter was defective and broke within a week, but customer service was excellent and they gave me a full refund for the lighter.Sometimes it lights on the first try other times it takes me 7 tries or more. It only lights everytime when the flame is set high, but not when it’s low or medium
