So I am disappointed that I was unable to try it because of … I did not realize until after receiving my order for Viva Naturals CoQ10 400mg that it contains Sorbitol. That is entirely my fault, because a complete ingredient list is posted on the Amazon website for this product and I should have paid more attention before making my purchase. Sorbitol is a sugar alcohol. Most sorbitol is made from corn syrup, but it is also found in fruits such as apples, pears, peaches, and prunes. Good short term and longer term benefits Being “over 40” and a bit more fatigued than in my younger days, I was willing to just pass it off as getting older and not recovering as fast as I used to. CoQ10 was recommended by my HCP to maintain cardiovascular health. Boy was I glad I took that advice. It also boosts my energy level and I recover from exercise and working more like my younger self. CoQ10 Pills are quite large, but good value and packaged very good.
