One Star Item has faded and coming apart after one season of use. 1/30/18 update. Customer service has sent a replacement. Worth an increase in rating due to their response however I will try out the new one over the summer…with low expectations
Great Price, Very Heavy Duty, just wish it didn’t fade… This is a great price for a very heavy duty cover. My only complaint is that after only six months, it has faded significantly but it still works and it has not come off, ripped or leaked despite some pretty high winds.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Great customer service. Had an issue with the cover, but the Vic Tsing Company handled it perfectly and I am very, very pleased.
