Not my kind of flavor Well, I’m just picky about my seasonings….love the slow heat from this seasoning, but the flavor wasn’t smokey, wasn’t hickory, wasn’t any kind of flavoring I’d prefer.No fault of the seller, I just won’t be getting this seasoning again….will probably stick with naked cure and marinading in Cajun-Style Allegro.
