Disappointed Received my new grill after a 2 day delay (was supposed to have the free 2 day shipping as an Amazon Prime member).It arrived with scratches on it and missing bolts and screws! We were not able to attach the hood. Not happy right now. Also the price has dropped $10 since I placed my order.Returning is such an inconvenience especially for an item like this. Very disappointed.
good grill Its a nice grill and cooks evenly. Not a bad price and shipping is is quick. Especially for being free. The box showed some definate rough spots from shipping. Dirty and the corners were busted in some. Had one hole in it. Nothing was damaged on the inside and nothing was missing. Over all I am happy with the grill outside of the somewhat chinsey quality of the lid. Not the most solid metal and the coating on it is cracking up around the handle. I bought my Brinkmann grill about three weeks ago. When I got the time to assemble it, I came to Step 2 – attach the four legs. Gee, no legs. Checked through all of the packaging. No legs. So I went to the Brinkmann web site. There was an email function. Filled in all of the required information and submitted it. After two weeks, no acknowledgement from Brinkmann, no legs.
