The grill comes apart for easy cleaning..I’ve used it with a Sterno Cooking Fuel indoors and it does cook the meat. As for the soup part, it won’t come to a boil so I have yet to use it with charcoal outdoors. It’s easy to use and fun and good for at least 2 or 3 people.
