This is an excellent grill in so many ways I have owned this grill for over 4 years. This is an excellent grill in so many ways. From the inserts to the quality and customer service. I own 2 of these grills. The old version and the new version. I really like how the old version was updated to fix some areas of need like the open back end.
Assembly was easy and it heated up quickly I purchased this grill 2 years ago. Assembly was easy and it heated up quickly, but that was about it. This is a complete piece of junk. Everything inside the grill has rusted out. I have talked to their customer service, multiple times, and they give no help for any issues whatsoever. I would NEVER recommend this grill to anyone. GARBAGE!
Smart Buy & Great Value We’ve had this grill (or very similar earlier model) for 5 years or more, have used it a lot, and were quite happy with it, but it was getting old.
