Too Thin and does not keep its shape We used this flat top as a replacement flat top to blackstone 36 inch burner. This flat top is too thin. and bend toward the burners creating heat pockets. It was hard to seal the top. When we tried the first batch of pancakes, the corners and three inches inward were not hot enough to cook the batter and the batter started moving toward the center.
