A Game Changer! Assembly was no problem. Align all bolts (first), then tighten- I added thread-lock to all the bolts as a good practice.
Great Product Great product. After significant research I settled on this smoker. I am glad I did. I have no problems keeping it at 225-275 in the cold (lower teens to single digits) and in warmer weather I can easily get it up to the high 300s to low 400s (to crisp skin as needed). On the flip side, I have no problem keeping the temperatures steady and low as needed. My only complaint is that the thermometer is very delicate — mine broke during installation. nice smoker Works very well, assembly directions poor, no instructions on how to use it included. Had to figure out how to set up the time and temp and meat temp by trail and error. Needs lots of maintenance if you want it to work well. Not to hard to clean.
