Not a good smoker Purchased as last minute smoker because we could get it in time for big party. Not the one I wanted. It did fairly well while the temp outside was 75° or better and in direct sunlight, but never got above 225°-250° on a good day. Now I am trying to smoke 4 Cornish hens and the temp outside is 45° and it hasn’t gotten above 175°. Very disappointed.
