Precautions: • DO NOT place directly on charcoal. Lay the mat over the grill grates approx. 7 inches from the burners • Brush a layer of oil on the grill mat before placing food on it to ensure even heating • Avoid using metal utensils as they may scratch the mats and cause damage • Allow the mats to cool before washing. Dry with a soft cloth • Lay flat or roll up when not in use – do not fold or crease the mats Notice : If there is obvious yellow mark, soak it for a longer time in detergent water.
