bad websitei arrived ok on outside. however no assembly instructions and broken parts on inside, their customer service website not useable , not very happy , may just send it back?

Damaged! This product was delivered, with the box pretty banged up. There are scratches, and dents all over the grill, plus it’s very lopsided. What can be done to make this right? It’s obviously a heavy item so to disassemble it and ship it back would be quite hard for me. I can send pictures if you’d like. This was a birthday gift and needless to say I am quite disappointed.
