This is an awesome Grill I can’t say how pleased I am with this. I do a few events a year with 300-400 people and had been using the portable event grill that if you are looking at this are probably aware of. I have nothing bad to say about the other grill except after several years of heavy use and transport it was getting very tired and worn. I don’t see the same problem with this one. It went together well and I managed to get it together by myself although I would recommend a second person to help with some parts…
Easy assembly and a nice big cooking area for us … Easy assembly and a nice big cooking area for us to have lunches for my staff of 70 people. I will say it gets very hot and I needed to use a lower temperature setting than I’m used to on a gas grill. There is no lid so you have to figure out a way to do things like ribs or tri-tip that usually need a low temp over time in a closed grill. You should also get a cover since no lid means anything that gets near it ends up in the grill. That said, the product itself is excellent for the price.
