not good for ribs – BUT great for everything else very nice quality – love the multi-use approach; however, not very useful to cook ribs (tried baby back and they were ~twice as thick to fit in the space provided). Although touted as space for 7 racks – better function would be space for 4-6 racks allowing for a ‘normal’ sized rib rack to actually fit (typical grocery store size baby back slab). I did use this also for a roast and it worked great; just think someone got a little overzealous on the marketing (to claim the 7 rib capacity)…
Have a different plan for barbecue rack Giving this rib rack a 5 stars for its quality, very sturdy, reasonably priced, and we believe it will do a great job. We just haven’t had a chance to use it yet… We have another plan in mind for it’s use first. We want to put a turkey on it and put it in the electric smoker. Think it will be perfect for what we have in mind. Excited to try the ribs on it too and the shiskabob rack as well.
Five Stars Excellent build quality, but still light weight! Definitely getting my moneys worth out of this!
