Waterproof fits perfect I needed a new grill cover and this one is absolutely perfect fits great, waterproof, wind proof you could tighten it on the bottom. Comes in a nice black bag you could put back into if needed. Looks great. Money well spent and i would recommend to anyone looking for a cover
