What a fantastic pizza oven The Pacific Pizza Oven is the best. I admit I read the customer reviews, and encountered several reviewers stating that they were having problems reaching the internal temperature needed for certain food items to cook, and many were using aluminum foil to block the flue to keep the heat in. That being said I still went ahead and ordered this pizza oven.
Great Pizzas and Great customer service I purchased a Pacific Living Pizza oven that was custom built into an Island for my backyard kitchen. When I received the oven, it wouldn’t stay lit, so I called and spoke to Rick who promised me that they stand behind their product and they will get it working perfectly. Rick and I spoke a few times but I couldn’t get it working correctly, so Rick just said he would send someone out to my house and make sure it works the way it should. And sure enough that’s what he did…
Exceeded my expectations We thought we would use this just occasionally for pizza, but it ends up being great for many other things too, and we’re using it more often. Keeps the kitchen cooler during the summer– another great plus! Cooks faster than inside oven does too, and it’s easy to use and maintain. Just need to be careful of the inside of the door being hot, and learn how to adjust cooking times.
