This adapter works GREAT (but you need to know a few things before using it) This adapter works GREAT! However, when I first got it I thought it didn’t work (like others) and then figured out I was doing it wrong! I’ll share a few tips that you need to know because it doesn’t come with instructions (1) screw it onto your 20lb (or larger) propane tank snugly, don’t over tighten (2) screw your 1lb propane tank onto the adapter snugly, don’t over tighten (3) flip your 20lb propane tank UPSIDE DOWN – it’ll stand perfectly on the valve safety guard (4) open the valve on…

Good, but not best I purchased this to obviously fill small propane bottles from a larger 15-lb tank. It works well, but in order to fill to my liking, I also got an extension from Lowe’s. Due to not having a right angle, gaining access to the pressure valve on the small tank is nigh impossible.Easy to screw on/off with no tools. Huge plus.
