The hose is a type-1 (QCC-1) tank connection x 3/8″ female flare swivel nut.

Defective right out of the box Bought this as a backup for my aging grill. Well, after a few months my grillâ??s hose died and I brought out the new one that had been stored in our hall closet. The grill worked after install, but only barely as it had a hard time hitting 200 degrees. By the third use after the new hose install the grill simply stopped working, no gas was getting to the burners. I went to the store and bought a new hose. DON”T BUY THIS JUNK!! I usually read product reviews and tend to stay away from any products where 10% or more of the reviews are only one star. I didn’t follow my own advice and now i’m paying for it. I bought this hose in December of 2016 and used it about 6 times over the course of these nine or ten months and it worked fine. Then all of a sudden the connection that screws to the propane tank no longer remains firmly attached to the nozzle within. So basically the tank fitting end broke. It really is a cheap…
peace of junk Although I bought this 9/17/2016 I did not use it until 6/10/2017. I hooked it up and lit my grill after a couple of minutes I smelled gas so I turnedthe grill off and the gas tank. I checked the hose and fittings and every thing seemed to be all right. I relit the grill every thing was all right.
