Acceptable substitute but not an identical replacement for my Nexgrill igniter While technically it does fit a Nexgrill 720-0649, it is not an identical replacement part, as the listing seems to suggest. My Nexgrill 720-0649 has seven outlets and a separate ground built into the igniter that doesn’t use a spade type connector. It does physically fit the hole on the front of the grill and the push button light feature works in lieu of the ones built into the knobs on the grill. It does not light quickly, though, having to be pressed two or three times with the button…
Just what I needed I have the 3 burner Brinkmann Pro Series 810-8300-W and this does the job perfectly. Between this and the new electrode, I have a functioning ignition system again and am very happy. Love that it fit and has worked flawlessly for several months so far.
Works well, small adjustment needed to fit in Kenmore/Charbroil grill. Replaced a AAA battery unit in my Kenmore grill with this. Had to borrow a drill bit and slightly enlarge the mounting hole but it works fine.
