Probably the best available, but not without flaws I wish that there was a better product than this, but it’ll do for restaurant grade stir-fry. The height is odd (too short) and it is somewhat flimsy. I’m fairly heavy handed when stirring, and it moved around more than I liked. Fortunately I have a welder handy, so I added 3) 1 1/2″ X 24″ bracing strips to the sides, and boosted it up 12″. Now it’s much better!
Great Product I have a smooth electric cook top & wanted something higher power for chinese stir fry. I read the reviews of this item & overall they were not stellar. I decided to take a chance & order it anyway, and I have been very pleased. My take away’s are:
The metal itself is pretty thin and flimsy Bought this for a camping trip! Wish I knew what a pain in the ass this was going to be. This resin that it’s coated on it is a beast to get off without a Brillo and the smell is horrendous! I don’t really feel safe eating off this thing with all the film on it.
