A very bad imitiation of the original Beware. This is a poor replacement for the Jenn-Air griddle manufactured 12 years ago. I had mine that long and finally had to replace it. This is a flimsy overpriced substitute. It warped the first time I used it so that it now rocks on the cooktop. The holes are now right over a heating element so the grease catches fire underneath. Because of the warping, I have too set the burners one click higher because so much heat escapes around the griddle.
Quality below expectations. I ordered this so we could cook on two griddles at the same time. This griddle is of lower quality than the original griddle for Jenn-Air because it warps when it gets hot.
