Just not worth it These are direct replacements for the Jenn Air gas range cartridges, model Jenn-Air JGA8100BK. We bought two sets.One had chipping powdercoat on one of the burners, so we immediately sent it back to Amazon. The return/replace process was very easy and second unit was fine. Performance wise, there’s a lot to be desired from these units. Use vendor Parts-4-less Okay, so back in the summer I ordered two Jenn Air stove cartridge assemblies from Amazon and the seller was Amazon. Both of the cartridges took abnormally long to ignite, creating a “poof” when ignition finally occurred. This was unsafe so I returned both of them. I waited several months to re-order, hoping a new batch would make a difference. THIS TIME, I purchased the assemblies through the seller “Parts-4-less”. They were advertised as factory authorized and these work MUCH better…
Works as well as the original. This is a great replacement, but it’s expensive and the only thing wrong with the old one was the little spark ignitor. I wish I could have just replaced the tiny (cheap) part that failed instead of this giant (expensive) thing.
