Great Grill The grill comes disassembled. My two kids (12 & 14) and I assembled it in about two hours. You should be some what handy for this thing because the assembly instructions leave much to be desired. Also the parts are not clearly marked. So a little guess work was required. That being said… The grill works great. The charcoal section has a lift grate that is easily maneuverable and easy to access. Customer service is foreign to Rankam Received the Hybrid- infared/gas/charcoal grill for Christmas. I attempted to assemble it over Memorial Day weekend when I found that I was one leg short to assembly. Since then (for 2 weeks), I have called their customer service department over 10 times. I have gotten voice mail 8 times, a notice that the voice mail was full one time and finally a human being the last call (not to mention that I have emailed them twice).
