awesome customer service! Homitt has very awesome customer service! My original cover purchased was leaking water. I contacted Homit customer service on this and they told me they would ship me a newer model for free. They had issues shipping to my address so they just refunded me my money with a coupon to try their product again. So I decided to give it another go. The new updated cover does not leak and has kept my grill nice and dry. Highly recommend this company.
Would be good otherwise. Can’t use it. The grill cover is too big for my Weber Spirit grill. It drags on the ground and gets caught on the wheels. Would be good otherwise. Nice thick cover. Gave 5 stars for wonderful customer service. Got a reply to my problem right away and a full refund without requiring me to return cover.
Definitely heavy duty, straps help make a secure fit Bought this as a gift for my dad’s 3 Embers grill, as the “heavy duty” cover that came with it ripped within a month. This fits his 57″ grill very well and the straps keep it on there very securely. It has held up to rain and wind and so far this winter is continuing to go strong, He is much happier with this grill cover.
