Great concept, but with Serious Design Flaws. While It’s a great concept, and an easy design to set up, I simply cannot give this grill a positive review. It’s just too flimsy. My unit arrived with the locking mechanism of one of the risers broken, so it cannot be carried by the shoulder strap or handle the way it is supposed to be carried, and the grilling plate appears to be rather fragile- some sort of ceramic. One of the nubs that secures it into place with the grill side up was already broken off of it. As for use, while it is easy…
We Enjoy Camping With This Handy Grill and Griddle This griddle is compact enough to fit on a shelf in the basement storage bin of my motorhome, but is large enough to cook six pancakes at a time, or bacon, sausages and eggs for several people. Quirky, but I love it. Most of my grilling is on a Weber Genesis or Weber Performer, so I was pretty skeptical about the description.
