Love this cooktop! My husband wanted to buy a new cooktop and I thought it was silly since our 20 year old cooktop was doing just fine, except for one burner wasn’t working properly. He came home with this one and I thought it was a bit extravagant, but as long as it made him happy. I wasnt crazy about stainless steel because I thought it would be a nightmare to keep clean. Great Design, Quality and Easy to Clean Anyone who says this is difficult to clean is a m_r_n (fill in the blanks). I bought this for my wife for Mother’s Day after a fair amount of research and reading the review from the first reviewer about how easy it was to clean. Mixed Feelings I have mixed feelings about this product. On one hand, I love the overall design. GE did a great job of fitting 5 burners into a 30 inch cooktop. I looked at a lot of cooktops and they often waste a lot of space around the control knobs to one side of the burners. By putting the knobs in the front center GE conserved space that got put to good use with a fifth burner and it also makes the cooktop look very slick.
