Grill temp hard to control I put the setting on low for the propane and the temp goes to 600degrees, I thought the built in thermometer was broken so I put a good one inside to check. Sure enough it went to 600 degrees. I’ve no Idea how to cook with the lid down and not :toast” any meat etc.

Needs improvements I am giving this a low review for two main reasons. First the amount of assembly required is crazy. I’ve assembled a lot of “Made in China” products and this one takes longer than most. Second, the thermometer broken as I was screwing it. After the excessive assembly, it would be a pain to return this item just for a broken thermometer, so I guess I will have to buy another myself – sucks. After all that, it lights a gets hot. I haven’t cooked in it yet, but even if it cooks well…

Amazon Customer says:

Don’t waste your money Didn’t buy this from Amazon but got the same exact grill from Wal-Mart and it’s junk. Don’t waste your money. Cooks terrible. Low setting is like a torch. Pretty much just tossed $50 in the trash can

How do I get a copy of instructions and parts list?
