Not Quite This is a very good grill that lives up to it’s ratings in most categories. My purpose for writing the review is to inform consumers that the BTU output of the burners is lower than normal – so it takes longer to cook everything. I find this very frustrating and if I knew this before purchasing I would have chosen a different grill.
Good product and great service Read the reviews of this and several other grills and decided to try this one.. Delivered as promised in 3 days, packed well but when the cast grates were unpacked two were broken. That happens. I emailed the customer service and received a positive answer in just a few hours. All three grates were delivered in 3 days with an apology note. I have used it a couple of times and it is very much worth the money.
Great product and excellent customer service Pictorial instructions provided adequate assembly details. A minor shipping damage was addressed through excellent customer service. The grill performed perfectly on all features. I highly recommend the product for it’s performance and and the customer service support.
