My first grill It takes longer to grill meat then I was expecting. I’ve only used it five times so far. After cooking, I turn the burners high to help clean the grates then I clean them when cooled. I’ve only used the left grate but the grease in the tank fills up at both ends before getting high enough to drain into cup dangling below. When cooled and the grease has gelled up on both ends, I lift out the burners and scoop up the grease from both sides. I would have expected the draining be toward the middle…
