Gets the job done, doesn’t break the bank. EXCELLENT customer service This will be one of those reviews where I wish I could do a half star. If I could, I would probably put this unit at the 3.5 range in the early going. I bought this about 6 months ago. It gets hot quick! The removable debris pan was a little banged up from shipping and is a bit of a pain to put in and out. Grill worked outstanding, but can still flare up, so just be mindful. Overall quality was pretty decent. Grill was missing 1 machine screw for assembly. Picked up another screw from Lowes hardware.

Excellent cooking appliance This grill is amazing , it came in a box on a pallet .It took roughly 1 hour to put the whole thing together and set up ready for service . All the parts went together easily , all the prefabed holes lined up very well . The grill is solid . All the drawers fit really well and slide easily . There is a ton of storage. The stainless steel is perfect not a scratch, it was packaged perfectly.Cooking on the grill is an experience. I canâ??t wait to grill . The heat is even and consistent…

Bad product! Bought this grill from Amazon. Replaced it once because it stop working correctly( low flame). Amazon arranged for a replacement. Same problem happened again. Called Amazon and surprisingly they refused to replace again. Was told to contact Smoke Hollow. I have attempted to reach them several times to no avail. So now I have a grill($85) which is no good to me,Amazon who is of no help( very surprised ,maybe Amazon is suffering from TOO BIG SYNDROME) .This product is no good and company is worse.

View to a Grill This is the second small grill that I have purchased, the first being the Cuisinart CGG-180T. The difference is substantial. The Cuisinart gave up the ghost after one season, in all fairness I was using it more frequently that it was probably intended for. The Smoke Hollow is a bit larger, but the single biggest advantage I have seen is the heat output. At 10,000 BTU, this grill is almost double the 5,500 BTU of the Cuisinart. Transformer for Lights Stopped working… Lights stopped working, Measured output Voltage on Transformer, No OUTPUT!!! This grill should get zero stars I bought this grill in the summer of 2018, It worked fine for the summer months, although you have to watch it closely because it gets hot quick.When the winter came I have several issues. The hood handle broke off on one side. The welds broke free. Great Grill… While it lasted I first bought this grill on 7/20/2018 via amazon and it came with a free assembly service. When the service personal opened the box we have found the grill head badly damaged. it seemed someone had dropped the box during the shipping process (picture 1 and 2). No a big deal, I requested for a replacement.I got my replacement grill on 8/14/2018 and it was assembled shortly after by the same assembly service provided by amazon. This time the grill was in good shape out of the box…

Poor customer service. Overall I’m very impressed with quality and performance of this grill. However, I’m very disappointed with their customer service. I had 2 problems when grill was assembled. One of the doors was damaged in transit and the lights were not working due to failed transformer. I contacted The company in Canada and was told parts would be shipped FEDEX same day. Thst was in early December. So far no parts and no phone calls.So in light of this experience I would have to not recommend…

It appears to work. I like it. The thing fits my Weber 4 burner grill exactly.It sheds water.The velcro straps hold the cover in place.I have only had it a few months so I have no idea what the long term durability will be. I will update my review after a summer of over 100 degree temperatures.
