Great addition to our grill and wonderful to have while camping! (UPDATED) This griddle was an awesome accessory to have on our camping trip and it made it just in time! It is extremely simple to use, just switch out the grill plate for the griddle plate. So far we have used it to cook on one weekend long camping trip. On this trip it was used for bacon, eggs (scrambled and over easy), grilled cheese, potatoes, and buttered toast! Also, clean up is simple and quick, because it has a non stick surface. Solid, great porcelain shiny non-stick coating. Works on LXE and LXX. Solid, heavy, and a very nice shiny porcelain coating. Perfect for the Coleman LXE or LXX grill. (I have the LXX) I have one of these and one of the stove accessories so we don’t need to take a separate stove for coffee, bacon, eggs, etc.
Things REALLY stick to it and you can’t use metal … Things REALLY stick to it and you can’t use metal. I’m talking bacon. I’m going to try to return it.
