Great quality and attractive! This seems to be a very nice, heavy duty, well made cover. Its made from a woven fabric that could be canvas, but is more likely a heavy duty woven synthetic as is used for a laptop case or piece of luggage. The interior has what appears to be a vinyl layer to make it waterproof. For securing it around the bottom, it has a stretchy drawstring, but I think its kind of useless.
